Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–6 business days. During this time your order is verified, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery We offer free tracked shipping on all US orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods. Most orders arrive faster than the maximum estimate.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Late or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived within 14 weeks of your order date, contact us at support@arcticsleep.com and we will reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
